Sigismund, First Captain of the Imperial Fists, was acclaimed as the finest swordsman in all the Legiones Astartes. His skill with a blade was so legendary that even Primarchs respected his prowess. During the Horus Heresy and the Siege of Terra, Sigismund led the Templars, elite warriors whose fervor would later found the Black Templars Chapter.
